Products

In any product page you will find a link to the size guide regarding that product. Please note that our measurements are in centimeters. If you still have any doubts feel free to contact our customer support via e-mail help@alvoradabrand.pt.

The shirts are made of TENCEL™ Lyocell with Coconut shell buttons and the t-shirts are made of Organic Cotton, in a GOTS certified factory.

Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) stipulates requirements throughout the supply chain for both ecological and labour conditions in textile and apparel manufacturing using organically produced raw materials.

All our products are designed by us in Lisbon, Portugal, and made in two different factories. One for the t-shirts and another for the shirts, both located in the north of Portugal.

Orders

Pre-order allows you to secure your desired products in advance, before the products are available in stock. The product will be fully paid when the pre-order is made, but the order will only be shipped once it becomes available.

Your whole order will be shipped as soon as all the products are available. Sending out multiple packages is not good for the environment. Please check the product page to see when will it be available for shipping.

Kindly note that in a few exceptional cases there may be a delay in receiving the goods. We do our best to avoid this, but if this is the case, you will find the new delivery date on the product page and we will also inform you about any changes, by e-mail.

After your order has been dispatched you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking information.

We ship all our orders from our HQ in Portugal and yes, we ship worldwide!

We offer free standard shipping for Portugal and Spain on orders above 200€

Note: For orders outside the EU, customs duties or taxes might apply. Users are responsible for any clearance or customs fees charged at the country of destination.

When making the order and filling up your delivery address, shipping costs will be automatically added to your order.

Please email us to help@alvoradabrand.pt with your order reference and question so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Yes, we can modify it or cancel it, if the product hasn't been shipped yet. You have to make a request via e-mail to help@alvoradabrand.pt.

If the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify it. However, when you receive it you can request us an exchange or a return, provided it complies with conditions specified in "Shipping & Returns" policy.

Yes. You can change the shipping address until your order is shipped. In order to proceed with changes, please request us via e-mail to help@alvoradabrand.pt.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make a return.

To return a product click here. You will have to choose the "Request a return" option. You will receive a return label and all the information necessary via email.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the products to be returned, as well as the costs inherent to their shipping.

After we receive your return, the amount paid will be refunded using the same method you used for payment. If you made the payment through Multibanco, you will need to provide your IBAN so that the refund can be processed.

Attention: It is strictly necessary that the products purchased are in good condition, without signs of use, with the original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to make an exchange. You must return the product(s) and place a new order with the desired product(s).

To return a product click here. You will have to choose the "Request a return" option. You will receive a return label and all the information necessary via email.

After requesting a return, you will have to make a new purchase of the desired product(s).

Please note that the customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the products to be returned, as well as the costs inherent to their shipping.

After we receive the returned product, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method. If the payment method was Multibanco, you will need to indicate your IBAN for the return to be processed.

Attention: It is strictly necessary that the products purchased are in good condition, without signs of use, in their original packaging, accompanied by the respective invoice.

Please send us a picture of the wrong received item and the order reference to help@alvoradabrand.pt. After that, we are going to send you the correct product if available and we will also send you a return label in order for you to send back the wrong item.

We ask you to send to help@alvoradabrand.pt a photo where we can clearly see the defect of the product that you have received. After our review, if applicable we will send you a new product as soon as possible, if it is available.

We will send you a return label so you will be able to send us back the defective product that has been received by error.
